Relevant Experience
EMA works directly with the DOT's OCIO executive staff and management to define financial requirements for major programmatic initiatives and to determine impacts to current and planned budgets. Examples include planning for the new DOT Headquarters Building, and for consolidation and upgrades to the DOT telecommunications infrastructure which includes one of the largest phone switches in the government. These initiatives involve detailed analysis and planning for current and future years to assess budgetary and other financial impacts.
