EMA staff have extensive experience in acquiring and implementing management information systems. We recommend appropriate action based on extensive analysis of each set of customer requirements. We have guided many organizations through system conversions, upgrades, modifications, and addition of integrated modules.
EMA has managed electronic commerce initiatives for the federal sector. We provided program management, data formatting and conversion, system design and administration support to the Office of Acquisition Policy of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for the development of an on-line procurement support database. EMA received a commendation from the FAA for helping the agency complete the system development on time and within budget. This FAA initiative was recognized for contributing to White House initiatives on improving government procurement performance by a major industry association and the Office of Management and Budget.
